At this first meeting, we will get to know your pets and discuss their feeding,
exercise and medical needs. We will also answer any questions, go over
our policies, emergency procedures, and the necessary forms.
The initial consultation is compulsory for new clients before the first service
commences, and should be scheduled at least 48 hours before the service
is due to start.

head start filling them out.
1. The Care Agreement form includes detailed information about your pet,
their routines, likes and dislikes and any medical conditions, and also
details about your home
2. The Additional Pet Profile is needed if you have more than one pet
3. The Veterinary Release form allows us to get your pet treated on your
behalf by your vet in case of sickness or injury
4. The Service Schedule records the details of the services including dates,
number of visits and any special requests
Alternatively, we can bring them to you and fill them out together.
